Connecting You and Your Local Community Through Employment

new skills
Most participants have some weaknesses in their workplace skills. A training and development programme through one to one meetings will be designed by the Supervisor for each individual which will allow you to strengthen those skills and build new ones. A participant who receives the necessary training is better able to perform in their role. They become more aware of safety practices and proper procedures for basic tasks. The training also builds the worker’s confidence because they have a stronger understanding of the Scheme and the responsibilities of their job and future career.
